Valdobbiadene, the capital of Prosecco DOCG, is home to Bellussi’s headquarters, consisting of a modernly equipped wine cellar and a high-tech-style office building.
Enrico Martellozzo acquired the company in 1993. His goal is to revitalize the brand by promoting – together with his partners and agents – the products across Italy and abroad, and by maintaining the high-quality standard constantly acknowledged by experts in the field.
With this in mind Bellussi has invested, in recent years, in machinery and equipment, reaching very high technological standards.
The autoclaves and the newly purchased bottling and packaging machinery – in addition to strict procedure in handling raw material – allowed the company to earn several national and international certifications, including the important BRC certification, which guarantees that all products are obtained according to the global standards for food safety.
